The location and transport connections are great, and there's an elevator. The building has mixed uses, with the hotel on floors 4 to 6. Floor 4 has the single-person rooms, reception, and restaurant, while the other floors have regular hotel rooms. The rooms, beds, and toilets were clean, and they're cleaned daily, including the bedsheets. I liked the room sizes and the packaged consumables. Check-in was quick: I just needed a photocopy of Aadhaar. They use keycards and provide free bottled water every day. The restaurant food was great and reasonably priced. I also liked not having to interact much with the staff or pay tips. Everything was perfect, and they delivered what they claim. If I return to Mumbai, I'd stay here again and nowhere else.

We could really enjoy Mumbai thanks to this well-located hotel. It's absolutely spotless, and the breakfast is plentiful. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting to experience India. A special thank you to manager Sameer and his fantastic team, Babul Ali, Adnan, Irfan, Sachin, and everyone else. They helped with every request, even difficult ones late at night, and saved our holiday. Thank you, Mr Sameer, and thank you, Suba group.

We stayed here around 18 Feb 2026 with my family. It's a comfortable, unpretentious place, and everyone was genuinely kind to us. Big thanks to the manager, the reception guys, and the restaurant staff. It was breathtaking how warmly they treated us. We'll be back.
