Ramee Guestline Hotel Juhu

The rooms were clean, and breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. Every part of our stay was excellent. Dilshad, the manager, and Alvin from housekeeping deserve a special mention, though all the staff were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to help. A very pleasant stay at this lovely hotel. The hotel, location, and service were all good, but don't expect to sleep until around 3 AM on a weekend. We were in Mumbai for a wedding, and after the festivities we came back exhausted, hoping to fall asleep, only to hear the BHOOOM BHOOM coming from above. We called reception many times each night, but they couldn't help. There's a pub on the top floor, and the music goes on every night until 2-3 AM.

The food at the clubs, restaurants, and Nusara was brilliant and delicious, and the hotel is in an excellent area for getting around to other Mumbai landmarks. Staff across reception, the restaurant, housekeeping, the clubs, and breakfast room all gave excellent, sincere service. Dilshad and the team were superb, polite and courteous throughout the day. Recommended for the 5-star service across the hotel. Well done, and thank you.

Breakfast was a real highlight, with a generous selection of Western favorites and authentic Indian specialties. The hotel also has three dining venues and a well-equipped gym, and there are sophisticated restaurants serving cuisines from around the world nearby in the lively heart of Juhu, Mumbai. But the warm, professional staff made the biggest impression. The team was attentive and ready to help at any hour. Nobin and Sikander Kumar from room service went above and beyond to make sure my wife's stay was perfect, and I really appreciated it. This felt like a true home away from home. I can't recommend it highly enough. Thanks to the whole team for a memorable stay!
