I called before leaving Goa and was told there was a bed available. After hauling my heavy bag up the stairs, the receptionist told me he had no bed for me. They should have explained the situation properly. It was very unprofessional, and he needs to learn to speak politely. It came across like they think they're the only hotel or dorm in the area. I won't be back.

Rates are 400 rupees a day for a dormitory and 800 rupees a day for a private single room. The place is on the fourth floor, and the toilet is shared.

The bed bugs are everywhere. If you want to spend the whole night hunting them instead of relaxing, this is the place. It’s extremely dirty. Never visit.

The staff were helpful and cooperative, and served tasty, good-quality food with a smile. I had a really pleasant stay, made some great memories, and met a lot of new friends. It went beyond what I expected.

I’m still recovering from rashes all over my body after staying in this unhygienic place, which was crawling with cockroaches and bed bugs. The caretaker didn’t seem to care when I reported the problem and wouldn’t even give me a different bedsheet. The sheets were covered in bugs, and the hostel is on the fourth floor with no lift. The worst hostel ever. There were so many bed bugs I lost count.
