We chose Hotel Castle Inn for its closeness to our business location, which worked out well. The discounted Goibibo rate was reasonable, though the direct price is around ₹3,500 per head and felt high for what we got. The room was clean and looked after, and the staff were polite and quick to help. Free WiFi usually worked, with the occasional dropout. The room was much tighter than the photos suggested for two people. There was barely room for the door, bed, and tiny attached bathroom, and it had no window, just AC and a small fan. It was manageable for sleeping and freshening up, but felt cramped. Parking isn't properly provided, though you might find a way to park nearby. A decent place if location, cleanliness, and somewhere to rest are what matter most.

There was no manager at the property to help with the bill. The room's plumbing was leaking, and nobody bothered to repair it.

It's only a 5-10 minute walk to CST Station, and there are plenty of food choices nearby since the hotel has no in-house dining. The receptionist was cooperative and the staff polite. The rooms are small, though, and neither the cabin nor the washroom has proper ventilation.

We picked it for a couple of nights because it was cheap. The service was very good and the guys were helpful, and the room and bathroom were clean aside from the problems below. It's a considerable option for low-budget travellers, and they let foreigners stay. There were large patches of black mould on the ceiling and two centipedes crawling in the rooms. The cupboard and drawers were dirty inside, and we couldn't figure out how to get hot shower water. It also wasn't quiet at night, with guests and staff audible in the hallways.

I liked the location and the friendly service during my two days there. Manager Nazim and staff member Nadeem were very helpful, and the rooms, though quite small, were comfortable. Restaurants including Shivala and Pancham are nearby. Nagori tea shop is opposite the hotel, and taxis are available from the gate 24X7. Almost my whole experience was good, and it was value for money! 😊
