The Roa

The restaurant is a hidden gem, and everything we ordered was delicious. At breakfast, the staff went above and beyond to provide a lovely spread that met our specific dietary needs, with no onion or garlic. Thanks to Sachin and Amar ji at reception, too. Check-in was smooth, and the property is well maintained, with 3+ floors. Our room was spacious and sparkling clean, and the location was convenient, with shops and hospitals close by. Requests were handled promptly, and checkout was hassle-free. I had a fantastic, stress-free stay, with comfort and high-quality service. A good choice for leisure or medical travel, highly recommended.

Omkar at the restaurant gave excellent service and helped me choose dishes and side dishes that paired well. The kitchen has so many marvelous options that it was hard to decide, and his advice made it easier. I really loved the Roa Hotel and will definitely stay there again next time I’m in Mumbai. The air-conditioned room was comfortable, the shower was enjoyable, and I slept very well in the soft mattress with pillows at just the right height for me.

We had trouble getting an additional room. At first we were told none were available, but after we discussed getting a refund, another room was arranged. The stay wasn’t satisfactory, and the service and handling could have been much better. The AC in our room also wasn’t working properly.

I checked out around 9:30 AM yesterday after staying at the hotel on 10th March, then realized I’d left my watch in the room. When I went back to ask if it had been found, I was told nothing was available. I was disappointed that the staff weren’t more supportive in trying to locate it. Better attention to guest concerns and lost belongings would improve the customer experience. This was one of my worst experiences, and I expected better honesty and customer service.
