Hotel Crawford Inn

It was difficult to find the hotel in a foul smelling alley without proper signs. From the start, the service was disorganized and unprofessional. The room had stained bedding, leaking fixtures and bathroom amenities, and repeated complaints brought no action. This feels like a scam. Avoid staying here. @booking.com platform should remove such hotel chains from the portal as soon as possible.

The room reeked of cigarette smoke and was full of mosquitoes. The place was run down and dirty, and even reception was on the 4th floor. We could barely find the hotel down a tiny, foul smelling alley with no signs. At night I went to get drinking water, and the very rude man at reception said I’d have to pay. When I asked why there was no free water, he yelled and swore at me. That was the worst customer service. How can a hotel charge this price and not offer complimentary water? The whole experience was shocking and unacceptable. Do not stay here, you’ll regret it.

The location wasn’t great, and finding the hotel may be difficult since it’s tucked behind other buildings. Breakfast was complimentary, but it wasn’t a buffet, and you’d be charged for anything beyond bread and butter. The rooms were very good, with no issues, and all the equipment worked fine.

One of the senior front desk staff was rude and arrogant. The cafeteria and breakfast were basic, though the room was okay and looked decent. The hotel is under renovation, with half the building broken and the other half in use. There isn’t really an outside view.
