Water runs out every single day, and they act as if that's normal. People watch loud videos all day, then yap late into the night, so sleeping is impossible. There's no privacy: you can hear people in other rooms talking and using the washroom, and an employee is always sleeping right by the room door. This place is a joke. If you're considering staying, don't. Save yourself the trouble.

I booked through Booking.com because the price was cheap, but at arrival the receptionist charged me double and said I couldn't pay through Booking.com. It felt like a scam. The room was dirty, there was no water, the AC didn't work, and the service was extremely poor. The whole stay was disgusting and unacceptable. I'll never return and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. 😡😡😡

I booked mainly because I needed Wi-Fi, but it never worked. I complained to the staff several times and no one tried to fix it. When I contacted MakeMyTrip customer care, they rudely challenged me for reaching out, so I checked out after only 3 hours. The area felt shady and unsafe; the rooms smelled foul, the bathrooms were tiny, the sheets stained, and hygiene was nowhere to be seen. At checkout, Askar said I'd get a partial refund once the payment reached their bank. Later he changed his story, saying the owner, Sheikh, had refused and wouldn't speak to me. Stay away, it's not worth the money or peace of mind.

At 10:30 pm on the night of 3 July, the reception staff told us to get out, even though we'd returned exhausted from the hospital. The three of us are family, and we'd booked for three people and asked for three towels. He said we'd only get two, then argued and told us to get out of his hotel. I asked repeatedly, even with my hands joined, but he just argued more. We had an awful experience with the hospitality that night. The owner should know and take action; the camera footage can be checked as proof.
