That view was absolutely breathtaking, and the rooms were cozy with beautiful design. I had a comfortable, luxurious stay at this lovely hotel in Dombivli. The in-house restaurant was another highlight, with flavorful food and a really relaxing ambiance. Staff were polite and helpful, making sure everything was right during my stay. If you’re looking for an elegant, comfortable Dombivli staycation with good food, this place belongs on your list.

There were six of us in the family, and we came for dinner. Badal and Piyash Chakraborty provided excellent service. We enjoyed everything we ordered, from the starters through to the main course.

That personal QR code handed over by hotel staff during the final payment really left me thinking they were going to fill their own pockets. I’d already said I would never consider doing business here again or recommend it to anyone. Monkey business. I was significantly overcharged, and when I raised it, the staff gave me no proper explanation or resolution. What should’ve been a straightforward transaction turned into a frustrating mess and left a bad taste. I expected clearer billing and better customer service from a place that claims to care about guests. I can’t recommend staying here unless surprise charges and poor accountability are acceptable to you. Plenty of other hotels handle their billing more honestly and professionally.

Getting around was easy thanks to the hotel’s location, and the meals, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, were delicious and satisfying. My room was comfortable, with a clean, spacious, well-kept feel. The staff were polite, cooperative, and really well spoken throughout my stay. I appreciated the service and had a great experience at Hotel Kushala Grand. I’ll definitely recommend it to others. Thanks for a wonderful stay, and keep up the good work.
