Breakfast was the highlight, with a great variety of well prepared dishes. The room service food was average and several menu items weren't available. The sandwich was really good, while the biryani was just okay. Check-in was quick and smooth after a long travel day. My room was very clean and hygienic, and a decent size, comfortable enough without being especially spacious. The property feels a little dated, with chipped bathroom tiles and old looking cupboards, though it was still kept clean. The metro station right next door made getting around convenient. The immediate area didn't feel very family friendly at night, though, and guest parking is quite limited if you're travelling by car. A decent stay mainly for the cleanliness and breakfast.

The Aqua Line Underground metro is less than a two minute walk away, and there's free Wi-Fi during the stay. The gym was very clean and had plenty of equipment. Rooms were spacious and well maintained, and the staff were kind and helpful. They also offered a fresh, tasty welcome drink. Breakfast is complimentary, with a live Dosa counter where it's beautifully prepared. I really enjoyed my stay at Regency Hotel.

The food was good, and they prepared and provided it as we requested. We stayed with our parents and kids and enjoyed both the stay and the meals. The rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast was yummy, and all the services were excellent. The hotel is right at Santa Cruz metro station, and the staff were very polite. Special thanks to Mr Robert, Mr. Shaikh, and Ms Sonali.

The food hygiene, taste, and quality were excellent, the service was very prompt, and the room was very clean. The staff were affectionate and excellent in their behaviour. I've stayed in many hotels over my long active life, and your hotel stands out on all counts. My heartfelt thanks to the whole team for making our stay comfortable and memorable through their hard work. Please keep it up, and best wishes for your continued journey towards excellence. E. Haque

The rooms were neat and clean, and car parking and food were available. Check-in was a nice experience. The metro station is just a few steps away on foot.
