Room service came quickly, though having to call a mobile number because the intercom was dead felt odd. They also didn't include bottled water. Other Mumbai hotels I've stayed at, including another Oyo, did, so I don't think free water is against Oyo policy. It felt like the hotel was trying to make extra money from it. The bathroom needed better cleaning and upkeep, and part of its false ceiling had come down.

The room itself was kept in good shape, and there was hot water, but the rest needs work. The stairs and lift were very dirty, and housekeeping needs a lot of improvement. Food was okay, with only a very limited snack selection in the ground floor mornings. There was no intercom, so you had to call on your mobile for anything. Parking was a real problem, with space for just three cars. I stayed four nights, and it wasn't especially good.

The station is close, which makes getting around the city cheaply easy. Staff were very good, too. The hotel itself has fallen into disrepair, though: several areas weren't properly maintained, including the public and private bathrooms, lift, stairs, and drinking water. But that's Mumbai life, a struggle wherever you live.

The rooms were uncomfortable, the food was very poor, and room service was bad. The place wasn't hygienic at all.
