The rooms were decent, though the property could get noisy at times. Staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay more pleasant. Hotel Mantra Residency is a mid-range place that worked well for a practical stop before a flight. It's tucked away a little, but close to the airport, so it suited a night before departure. A convenient, good-value option when you need a quick, comfortable stay near the airport.

The room and toilet were in poor condition and smelled strongly when we checked in. The room also looked nothing like the photos from the booking. Although the hotel is listed as family-friendly, the atmosphere seemed more suited to unmarried couples, and my children felt uncomfortable and unsafe. I checked out on 12.04.2025 at about 6:00 PM, not long after arriving. We spent nearly three hours finding another place and eventually booked Hotel Regent nearby. I came back to Mantra Hotel later that evening just to collect our luggage. I hadn't expected this from a booking made through a trusted platform like MakeMyTrip.

The room cleanliness needs attention, and the room service was very poor. The AC didn't work properly, and the gas geyser wasn't working either.

It's in a good spot, very close to the airport. But when we visited to see the rooms before booking online, the manager said he'd give us the same price if we booked offline. The room we got was completely different from the one he'd shown us. It was tiny, with shabby, untidy washroom doors right beside the bed. We didn't get any service from the staff, so I can't really rate that. It wasn't worth it.

The room was good. It's a nice place to stay with your family, or as a couple.
