The pool and resort atmosphere made for a quiet break from the busy city, while still keeping us close to everything. Breakfast had lots of fresh, delicious options, and the rooms were spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with the little details well taken care of. The staff were polite, attentive, and ready to help across housekeeping, reception, and the restaurant. From the moment I walked into the lobby, the welcome felt warm despite the luxurious setting. JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu is right on Juhu Beach, and waking up to sea views each morning was a perfect start to the day. I had an amazing stay and would gladly return. Highly recommend it for comfort, luxury, and great service in Mumbai.

The hotel is under renovation at the moment, so not many rooms are available. We’re staying at the Taj in Colaba, but this property feels calmer and less crowded. There aren’t random people constantly coming and going like at the Taj, and the atmosphere here is much more relaxed and refined. The coffee was amazing, and I was impressed by the pastries. They looked fresh and tempting, and finding good pastries in India can be hard. It’s a lovely spot for coffee and desserts. We also tried a Porn Star Martini, which tasted great. They only use regular vodka rather than vanilla vodka, so I chose to leave the vodka out. The charge for just the champagne and mix was higher, which didn’t make much sense. There was a small mix-up when we tried to sit in the Med Zozo restaurant area with our coffee. The coffee shop staff said it was fine, but the restaurant team said it wasn’t. Management handled it well, and everyone was polite, professional, and helpful. We’d definitely come back for the drinks, coffee, desserts, and peaceful vibe.

The hotel has a large restaurant and a decent-sized indoor coffee and dining area. It’s in one of the city’s best-known spots, with a private beach and the local market within reach. It costs as much as a luxury hotel, or more. Ola/Uber and private taxis can pick up and drop off here.

We booked one night at JW Marriott for our 10-year anniversary and hadn’t told the hotel beforehand. They still made it feel special, with thoughtful personal touches and excellent service throughout. The beachfront setting is beautiful and peaceful, the food was excellent, and the rooms were high quality. Seeing the ocean from the bathtub was a highlight. One of the best customer service experiences we’ve had. We’ll definitely return.
