The staff made an already awful stay even more frustrating. Amjad, the manager, was rude, hard to approach, and in my view completely unsuited to service work. He didn’t help and came across as careless and arrogant. The room itself was in terrible shape. There were centipedes in the washroom, spiders and webs by the windows, stained blankets, and so many mosquitoes that sleeping was impossible. The geyser and plug points didn’t work either. Basic maintenance seems to have been ignored. Juhu Hotel felt unhygienic and badly managed, and I don’t think it was worth a penny. I strongly don’t recommend it. Avoid it.

The food was great, and the venue has lovely views, lawns, and decor. It works very well for parties and weddings. The rooms left a lot to be desired, though, and I’d avoid the DJ they provide.
