The room was comfortable, clean, and nice, and the staff were very friendly and knew how to treat people respectfully. It's a very nice hotel, and I'd suggest visiting.

The room was so unhygienic, with dirty bedsheets, a terrible washroom smell, and no water in the bathroom. The AC didn't work, there was no TV despite it being listed in the amenities, the door had no lock, and the light kept blinking. Staff at reception were rude and argued with guests. They knocked on the door repeatedly and pressured us to leave early. I paid 1500rs for 3 hours, which was far too much for the poor room, interior, and service. Visiting sunrise residency was pathetic, and I'd give it no stars if I could. I'd never recommend it. Golden Arch, next door across the road, is much better and more affordable.

At 3am, a group of drunk people were yelling and slamming doors, and the host did nothing. We didn't sleep. The room was full of mosquito's, the airconditiong didn't work, and the price was way too high for such poorly equipped accommodation.

The staff are good, but the service is very bad. The room wasn't properly clean, and there were so many mosquitoes inside that I didn't sleep all night.

The rooms weren't clean and the service was awful. I wouldn't recommend visiting.
