Very cramped, and not clean. The room was tiny, with a rat inside, a window opening to the outside, and mosquitoes and bedbugs bothering us. The AC worked, but stayed at 24 degrees Celsius. It was so loud that it disturbed us, and the remote didn't work either. The building is large, but this place has split it into just five small rooms. Don't go here, you'll be disappointed.

Mr. Majid made a real difference to my stay. As a solo female traveler, I was nervous, but he put me at ease, walked me to my room, and gave me contact numbers in case I needed help. He was attentive and warm, and I felt looked after. The room had problems, though: roaches, stains on the bedsheet, cracks in the walls, and no soundproofing, so noise from neighboring rooms carried through. The hygiene issues and poor infrastructure were hard to overlook. Still, the price was reasonable and felt like good value. Agoda's customer service also helped me out. I couldn't find the hotel's contact information after booking, and their team gave me the right details so I could reach the hotel and arrange my stay. That was especially helpful because there was no cancellation policy, which was the only reason I chose to stay despite the missing information. My experience was mixed. Mr. Majid's kindness helped make it more pleasant, and I'd recommend him to future guests. Because of his service and the reasonable price, I'd consider staying here again.

I only stayed one night, and it was terrible. There were lots of bedbugs, and the room felt suffocating with no fresh air. I checked in at 7pm, but the boy working there was rude, busy playing a game on his phone, and didn't respond to guests. Highly not recommended.

It might be okay for an hour to freshen up, but it's not worth an overnight stay or more than one day. The rooms aren't good and the service is very poor. Please improve your service.

The owner had a terrible attitude, and the people running this place made it the worst hotel I've been to. There were cockroaches everywhere, no service, and the room was smaller than the washroom. It hadn't been cleaned at all. Please don't ever visit.
