The rooms were uncomfortable and smelled really bad, and the staff spoke very rudely. I wouldn’t want to give even one star, but the minimum is required. Please don’t book here if you don’t want to suffer.

The main desk staff were stern and rude, and parking isn’t actually available even though the site says it is. The rooms smell, aren’t maintained, and don’t look like the photos.

The service was good, and the location is very convenient, on the main road near CSMT/VT and mantralaya. But don’t judge the place by its photos. The rooms are really small and dirty, with bed bugs and cockroaches being common.

The room had bedbugs, the service was poor, and the place was overpriced. I wouldn’t recommend it for a future stay. Avoid staying here.

For solo travel and one or two days of official work, the rooms are okay. A useful thing is that you can check in even if you arrive around 7-8 am, while most hotels make you wait until 11-12.
