I stay here regularly, and the team keeps going above and beyond. Service is top class. There can be occasional issues, as anywhere, but staff always step in to sort things out. Special thanks to Mr Sagar for making breakfast meaningful today, and to his colleagues whose names I didn’t catch. Apeksha in guest relations also deserves a mention. She’s helped solve issues several times with real care and understanding. The location is great, and the amenities are modern. Keep up the good work.

Being right next to the airport made arrivals and departures very easy and stress free. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, a great place to unwind after a long journey. I especially liked the spacious, well-equipped washroom and its high-quality amenities. The deep soaking tub was a lovely luxury. From the cozy bed to the spa-like washroom, JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar delivers a premium stay. I’d highly recommend it for travelers who need to be close to the airport.

I spent 7 nights at the JW Marriot in Mumbai and had a great time. The service was top notch, and the staff were great, getting me what I needed promptly. Special thanks to Naphi from the restaurant staff, who took great care of me all week. I used the gym every day, and it was great. The sauna and whirpool were great facilities too, with great staff. The pool area looks lovely, but there are tonnes of pigeons around its border. That put me off getting in at all, and it’s the only reason I’m not giving 5 stars. Once they manage to get rid of them, the hotel will be perfect.

The breakfast banquet team at JW Marriott Sahar gave me my best experience. Om, Jeetendra, Nitesh, Jesudas and Jayash took great care of me and made sure I had the right food despite my dietary restrictions. Even when I fell sick, they made sure I was fed properly. Thanks to the team for such exceptional service. They made me feel at home.
