2/10
The food was poor quality and badly prepared, and the room was cramped despite my booking a superior room. The size didn’t match what was promised. Reception staff were shockingly rude and arrogant, with no concern for guest comfort. The bedding was dirty too, with visible hair on it, so late at night I had to ask for the laundry to be changed. That’s the bare minimum a hotel should provide. The whole stay fell below basic hospitality standards. I never expected this through MakeMyTrip, and it’s completely broken my trust in the platform. I regret booking there and won’t use the app again. Booking.com has better options, more reliable reviews, and more transparency. Extremely disappointing, and not recommended.

The bedsheets and blankets were dirty, and the rooms were small. You can find nicer rooms at other hotels for this budget, so don’t book here.

The hotel was well maintained and the surrounding area was good. I found it good value for money, with a comfortable stay and helpful staff.

I’ve been staying at Treebo Castle Rock Inn for nearly 2 years, and it feels like a second home. The location is great, close to both the airport and the business centre. It’s very clean and hygienic, the staff are courteous and customer focused, and breakfast has a good spread. I’d strongly recommend it to solo travellers and people who travel for business often.

Breakfast was good, and the hospitality and service were really good too. I had a good stay and was satisfied overall.
