I stayed here from Jan 5th 2026.to Feb 28th 2026 and had a great experience. Cleaning was done every day, and the staff were all polite and quick to respond to requests. Breakfast and a beverage were complimentary every day, and the food was good, served from 8 AM - 10 AM. Rooms cost about Rs 3500 per day (24 hours), which is standard for one of the posh locations in Mumbai. The premium rooms have a smart TV, which you don’t usually get in this category of hotel. For companies booking here, the price is good value and a win-win for both sides. There were cockroaches getting into the room and bathroom. We told management, and it was dealt with. After pest control, only a minimal number of bugs appeared.

The rooms were very clean and well managed, and the staff were well behaved. Their service went beyond what I expected. I had a great stay and would love to come back whenever I’m in town. Thank you for the experience :)

The AC was broken, and even locking or unlocking the room was a hassle. There was no service to speak of, and none of the complimentary or basic essentials were provided. Breakfast had just one option, and it was disgusting.

Getting to the airport was easy because the hotel is so close by. I found the room clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite, helpful, and around whenever I needed them. The facilities were good too, and I had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend it if you're after a comfortable place near the airport.
