I paid in advance for three days after Fab Hotels insisted, because I was new to Mumbai and needed a room for a conference. When I arrived, I found the hotel in a slum-like area, surrounded by scrap dealer shops, and not at all suitable for families. The rooms had no ventilation and were very uncomfortable. I asked to move hotels and get a refund for the two remaining days, but they refused. Friends who booked other Fab Hotels for the same conference ran into similar problems: poor locations, unhygienic surroundings, and unprofessional service. They were also refused refunds despite having genuine concerns. This seems to show a broader pattern of misrepresentation and poor customer care across Fab Hotels. For the same price, it's easy to find decent, clean hotels in better areas. Please think twice before booking with them.

We had booked a room with breakfast, but they charged us another 200 rupees for it and served only tea and butter toast. The premium room looked like a chaal, and the whole thing was a waste of money. I ended up booking another hotel.

The bathrooms stink so badly, and the rooms are cramped with no value for money. The helpdesk was another problem. Anjali and Pappu Yadav argued with customers and didn't know how to speak to people or provide customer service. I would not recommend this place at all.

The surroundings were filthy, near a gutter, with scrapyards and slum-like areas all around. The entrance photos have clearly been edited to make the place look decent. Don't book based on the pictures. The management is misrepresenting the hotel and cheating people.

The rooms were okay, but hygiene was disappointing, and the sheets had stains. Outside, the hotel is on the roadside in a cramped spot near a flyover. It's hard to find, especially with the usual queue of auto rickshaws waiting for CNG, and there are scrap vendors or similar shops nearby. Don't judge it by the pictures. FAB should reconsider choosing properties like this.
