The receptionist was extremely rude and aggressive. There was an issue with the property rules for us as an unmarried couple, with one of us from outside India, but that wasn't stated in the booking rules. They refused a refund and told me to contact Agoda. The receptionist swore at my girlfriend, got physical with me and snatched my phone from my hand. The place felt run down and smelled bad, and the pictures don't look like the property. It wasn't friendly at all, especially for foreign tourists. Spend your money somewhere else and avoid it.

I wouldn't recommend staying here. I changed rooms three times and each one was full of cockroaches. They were all small and dirty, with filthy, silky bed linen full of holes. The photos of the rooms are fake, and cleaning is clearly not something they know how to do. Staff can't speak English. The fan barely worked, and the only other option was "automatic ac" with no remote control. It's a bad area. All budget hotels in Mumbai are super disgusting and overpriced, and I reckon any ratings above 2 stars here are definitely fake. Please don't waste your money.

Similar hotels cost 1500 to 2000, and they may all be fine for one person but not for a family. Clean toilets and good bedding are available everywhere, so choose the location carefully according to what you prefer. Keep in mind that the rooms are small.

The airport distance and price made this workable for an afternoon nap after I missed a connecting flight, but it definitely wasn't as advertised. The staff charged 100 rupee for water and chai. I didn't notice the water bottle had already been opened until the staff member had left. When I showed it at the desk, I wasn't even asking for a refund, but he said, "you must have opened it and had a drink." I told him that if I'd opened it, I would have had more than a single drink. The room might once have been nice, but it's now dirty and in disrepair. The A/C worked, barely, and was very loud.
