The staff were very welcoming, and the food was great. It's vegetarian only, and the rooms are small. If you need a GST bill, ask while booking. Sorting it out later might become a difficult situation.

After I requested a change, I got a better room on the second day. The other amenities were good, with hot water and clean bathrooms, though the mattress could have been better. The WiFi had no internet, which was disappointing. I had booked three nights, but for the first one I was put in a very small room on the terrace under a shed roof. There was no kettle, and pigeons landing on the shed made a lot of noise. They said the hotel was fully booked.

The hotel is an easy walk from Santacruz railway station. The staff were friendly and cooperative, and let me check in early at no extra cost. A really nice stay.

Mr. Apoorva was especially helpful, even continuing to support us after checkout. His professionalism and hospitality added a lot to our visit. We stayed in Room No. 203 with our two children. It had two comfortable beds, and the room and washrooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and well maintained. Room service was prompt after a quick call to reception. Everyone we dealt with, from security to the manager, was courteous, friendly, and ready to help. We had a wonderful family stay and will choose this hotel again. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, cleanliness, and good service.
