Regency Hotel on Nepean Sea Road, Mumbai feels like our second home. We love coming back and always get a warm welcome, with real care and respect. A special thanks to Mr. Jawed Bhai and his wonderful team, especially Mr. Fakir Bhai, Kundan Ji, Rajendra Ji, and Shambhu Ji from housekeeping. Their coordination, professionalism, and polite manner make the stay comfortable and pleasant. The whole team works in harmony and makes guests feel valued. Their simple policy, “Give respect and get respect,” comes through in the service and hospitality. We highly recommend Regency Hotel. If you want to feel cared for and welcomed like family, it's a great place to enjoy your vacation with peace of mind.

Breakfast was good, especially the excellent masala chai that made my morning, and the location was convenient. But several problems made the stay average. Renovation drilling kept going during my afternoon nap and ruined my rest. The room intercom didn't work at all, so I couldn't call room service or ask for help. The bathtub had a major crack that felt unsafe and could easily cause injury. The shower latch was broken or malfunctioning, so I had to hold it with one hand the whole time. The hotel has good potential, but better maintenance and attention to guest comfort are needed.

I love staying here and come frequently. It's a family style hotel, and we love it for that. The room maintenance is great since they're new, but the lights don't work according to the buttons. Switching them on turns all the lights off, and switching them off also turns all the lights off. There are no settings for bedside lights. The showers don't work well either, and the bidet needs more pressure. Fixing these room issues would help the hotel meet industry standards.

Food variety and quality have been amazing at both breakfast and dinner buffets. The service was simply five star, and I got every bit of attention I needed from the moment I entered. The space, lighting, cleanliness, bedding, and bathroom were all well appointed. The hotel staff's attentiveness was unmatched, especially Vijay, Santosh, Raman, and Jitendra. At the front desk, Dilliraj and Javed showed exemplary hospitality. Bravo to the whole Regency team for making our stay so memorable!

The rooms turned out outstanding, even with a little renovation work going on. The annoying doorbell ringing all night was a problem, though. We'd fled our previous 50E hotel because it had fake reviews, was very dirty, and had bugs walking around. This place was very, very clean. We paid 75E a night for the executive room. Don't book a budget place, treat yourself, you deserve it. For getting around, Uber works great and is almost free in Mumbai. Avoid rush hours.
