The place was spotless and in a perfect spot, just minutes from the metro station. The staff were warm, the service was great, and unlimited breakfast was a nice bonus. As two girls travelling, we felt completely safe. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Mr. Mohsin at the front office gave excellent support throughout my stay, and the team and housekeeping management seemed to run things well. On my solo business trip, I found the premises clean and well maintained. It was convenient to have 24-hour access, and the waiting room, cafeteria and reception lobby were all clean and usable. The pricing is competitive, and the hotel's location gives easy access to Saki Naka metro station and the airport. It was a positive stay with good value.

Whenever I come from Delhi for official work, Arma residency is my first choice. I've stayed here at least 8 times for the good deals, cooperative staff, and neat, clean rooms. Mr.Mohsin at reception is very friendly and easygoing. The Meteo station is only about 5 minutes away, and the local market is about 2 minutes from the hotel. Must visit, highly recommended.

The room is tiny and dirty, and costs far too much. The images online show something different from what you actually get. This place isn't worth it, and they charged me ₹500/- when I cancelled. Shitty place.

The hotel was awful, with lots of cockroaches and a bad smell in the corridor. Staff were shouting and talking loudly around the clock, and whenever you ask to change rooms, they say the place is full.
