The dining is always a highlight for me, with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors, and the pool and gym are well maintained for some downtime. Trident Hotel also does a great job with seasonal needs. In the summer it feels like a cool oasis, with effective climate control and refreshing welcome drinks. Their Ramzan service is especially good: the kitchen puts together a thoughtful Iftar, traditional but with a gourmet touch. There’s a good range of dates, fresh juices, and delicately spiced Mughlai dishes, whether you’re after a nutritious Suhoor or a big family Iftar. The rooms are spotless, with modern amenities and breathtaking views that make it easy to relax. From the moment you enter the lobby, the staff make you feel welcome with a warm, professional manner. A business trip or festive family stay here feels worth every penny. Highly recommended.

Mr. Varun Kotian from In-Room Dining deserves a special thank you for arranging fresh, customized meals for our one-year-old throughout our stay. His care and attention to detail really stood out. We spent two nights at Trident Nariman Point, and the whole team made traveling with our infant comfortable with their warmth and care. They also helped make our family celebration memorable. The view from here is mesmerising ❤️ The room was neat, the bed really comfortable, and the view was lovely. Breakfast had a good range and tasted great. I stayed one night at Trident and liked how peaceful and well maintained the hotel felt. The staff were polite and quick to help whenever we needed anything, and the hospitality and cleanliness stood out. One of my best stays lately.

The Concierge team, Yusuf, Sachin, Kirtana, and Aryan, were prompt and warm throughout, and we’re grateful to everyone working behind the scenes too. Utkarsha, the Manager at Trident Hotel, Marine Drive, understood how much our proposal plans meant to us and coordinated everything so thoughtfully that it all came together perfectly. She sent Sania to help us, and Sania was attentive, supportive, and reassuring at every step. Their efforts made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Thank you from Girish and Nidhi to the entire team for making this beautiful surprise proposal happen. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime moment we’ll always remember, and a lovely example of the hospitality Trident is known for.

My room was beautiful and kept up so well, and I even received a complimentary gift from the hotel, a tie and cufflinks. The breakfast was really good, and all the restaurants I tried were great. I stayed at Trident Nariman Point from Monday 11th May to Monday 18th May, and it was my first real five-star hotel experience. I feel like I chose the best place for it. Everyone was so welcoming and kind. I loved my stay and really want to come back. Thanks, Trident Team, for making me feel so welcome ❤️
