There was no proper ventilation, and noise came from another room. The AC remote was missing, so I couldn't set the temperature as I wanted. The bathroom was bad, the bedsheets were dirty, and staff didn't respond well.

It was priced under 2K, but the experience was awful and there was no hygiene. The pillows and mattress looked like they had never been washed. OYO should make sure basic standards are met.

The food was a real standout, and the rooms were spotless and comfortable too. Staff were polite, helpful, and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. A really good stay, highly recommend it. 👍

We only needed somewhere to sleep late at night in Mumbai, and chose this place because the reviews seemed okay. Finding it was difficult since it sits down an alley. After asking around, we parked and were met by garbage stink and rats outside. The room was tiny, gloomy, and smelled awful, with no window and no bathroom exhaust. We had to stay because OYO had already taken an advance payment, so the caretaker sprayed some air freshener and we settled in. The bathroom tap barely worked, and somehow the tap and shower came on at the same time. The sheets and blanket were stained, so we got them changed before going to sleep. We checked out before 10 a.m. and then the owner or manager tried to pressure me into giving the place four stars. That made the positive Google reviews make sense.
