The breakfast spread is generous, with lots of healthy choices, though finding a table can take a little while at busy times. I’m here for business almost every month, and the service has stayed consistently good. The staff are courteous and very cooperative, and a special mention to Senior Manager Mr. Shubham for his professional, helpful approach. The location works well, and the rooms are clean and well kept. The food is fantastic too.

Lunch was a highlight for me: plenty of nourishing options and everything tasted great. Breakfast has fewer continental choices, so that might be something for management to build on. The room was spacious, clean, and organized, with great amenities. Staff across reception, housekeeping, and all day dining were courteous, professional, and respectful. I can’t remember everyone’s names, but Abhishek at the ground-level all day dining restaurant and his supervisor were especially good at making a connection. A lovely stay and good value.

The reception team were warm, cooperative, and efficient, and the valet made arrivals and departures easy with prompt, helpful service. Mr. Abrar, the F&B Manager, was courteous and professional. Security in-charge Mr. Tahzeeb and Mr. Riyaz were alert, polite, and handled VIP movements smoothly and discreetly. We had a wonderful stay at Trident Hotel, BKC. The staff are well trained and the hospitality felt truly five-star.

Being so close to the Jio Convention Centre made this hotel a great fit for our needs. It’s a strong business stay, with quiet, luxurious rooms and staff who are courteous, professional, and attentive. The food was the best. Luxury, comfort, and service all came together nicely here, whether you’re visiting for work or leisure. Highly recommended, and worth every star.
