Fabhotel Atithi Residency I

The location is a big plus, about 2.5kms from Mumbai International Airport. The rooms are comfortable and clean, though space is limited, and the staff are friendly and helpful. A good budget option if you need somewhere near Mumbai Airport.

The rooms were small, unclean, and poorly maintained, and the location was bad. I don’t recommend it.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and supportive.

Breakfast was delivered to the room. The first day we got two idlis with coconut and mint gravy and sambar, but no coffee, tea, or milk. On the next morning there was one idli and one Vadapalani with the same gravy and sambar. Coffee came after we asked. The room assigned to us didn’t have as much space as the photo suggested, and for three people there was just one chair. There was no table or proper spot for eating in the room. The coir and spring mattress was uncomfortable for my infant and wife, and my wife sprained her back on our second night. The floating TV shelf had sharp edges that didn’t feel safe around infants or kids. It was awkward to keep luggage, and the bathroom was cramped and not functional: the sink counter had sharp edges, the toilet was hidden behind the door, and the room was cut into a triangle. My late-arrival request for three adults and an infant was met with positive support. Still, the stay was below average, and the price I got didn’t feel justified.
