Hotel Sai Palace Grand Malad

I stayed at Hotel Sai Palace Grand for a wedding, and the hospitality made the whole experience memorable. Staff and management were respectful, polite, and attentive, which really lifted the stay. The hotel had a beautiful, classy feel and a lively atmosphere. The décor and lighting looked top-notch, and the food was outstanding, with every dish delicious and well prepared. The celebration felt all the more special there.

Service was attentive and polite, and the staff handled custom menus and last-minute requests with a smile. We were there for a close family wedding. The banquet hall's floral arrangements and elegant lighting set a lovely tone for the ceremonies. There was room for 200+ guests without crowding, and the stage setup was flawless. The wedding package felt like good value for money, and the day was stress-free and memorable. Highly recommend for events.

The food we ordered from Sai Palace Hotel arrived hot and well packed, with generous portions and neat presentation. Every item tasted consistent, and none disappointed. The lunch buffet had a good spread, and the serving staff were very hospitable. At the reception, though, the welcome felt cold. In hospitality, a smile and a willingness to serve would make a difference. We were on the 11th floor in a spacious, fairly comfortable Deluxe Room. It faced the road and was noisy during the day, but the windows and blackout curtains did a decent job keeping noise out at night. The mattresses could use an upgrade. Two big bottles of Biselri were provided, along with tea and coffee, and the bathroom amenities were fine. One towel had a lipstick stain, and the towels overall need an upgrade. Room slippers are available on request if they're missing; I needed a pair because my feet were getting dirty. Breakfast was almost the same on day 2, so more variety would help. I understand room occupancy isn't much of a problem in a city like Mumbai, but I still expect good service.
