We'd booked ahead on Booking because our arrival was late, and the hotel had confirmed both the reservation and my message saying we'd get in late. But when we showed up around 2 a.m., they wouldn't let us in, saying rooms were only for Aadhaar card holders, or Indian citizens. We spent a long time in the night trying to find somewhere else. I can't understand why they confirmed the booking without telling us this first. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
The rent had been agreed before we came, but when we checked in the price suddenly changed, and they acted as if we'd never discussed it. Cleanliness and room service were awful, and when we had problems in the room or bathroom, nobody took responsibility. I can't imagine accepting that kind of service or behavior, and I wouldn't recommend this place.
The water stopped after midnight, and the AC wasn't working properly. There's no TV either. What they showed us was different from what we got. I'm not going back, and I'd tell others to stay away too.
Don't trust the pictures, the place looked completely different in person. The old rooms smelled awful and were unhygienic, and the beds and blankets were really dirty. The AC remotes didn't work, staff were rude, and the bathrooms were extremely tiny. Definitely not a place I'd recommend to families.
The toilets hadn't even been flushed, and basic hygiene clearly isn't being maintained. There were mice all around the pathetic rooms. I don't know how they're still running the hotel, especially with such hectic pricing. Please don't stay here.
