Aviserv Lounge

While waiting for our flight today, we used the lounge and it was perfect. The food was great, service was excellent, and there was even a place to sleep. Everything was clean and smelled fresh. It’s wonderful to have somewhere like this while travelling. YouTube Stafford helped me very hod, like miss Radhika and Mr Rohit.

I arrived at the lounge at 4:30 am while staff were setting up breakfast. The Indian and continental breakfast was brilliant, with a good range of choices, including Kheema pav and pav bhaji. Coffee was served at the table. Pooja and Dakshata stood out to me because they looked after me and all the other guests with the same kindness and helpfulness.

The sleeping pods and showers are a great feature, and the rates felt very reasonable: ₹800/hr for showers and ₹950/hr for pods. The shower area was clean and spacious, handy for freshening up between flights. The lounge was spotless and well kept, with a calm, comfortable place to relax before or after a flight. Kaushik and Aditya were especially courteous and helpful throughout my visit. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh, tasty choices. You can enter with Priority Pass, select credit cards, or pay to get in. They also allow access on arrival, which is great for people coming off long international flights. I had an amazing experience at the Aviserv Lounge in Mumbai International Terminal 2, with great service and value. Highly recommend it if you’re travelling through Mumbai T2!

I used the shower service at this arrival terminal lounge, and it was good. They provided shampoo, body wash, and a towel. It costs 700 Indian rupees including tax. There’s also a buffet option and sleeping pods, charged by the hour. A pod is available for 900 Indian rupees per hour.
