For the location and service, the price was reasonable. I stayed four nights in a good, spacious room, and the staff were respectful and helpful. I didn’t have time to try the food, but the stay itself was comfortable. There were a couple of hiccups: the room felt a bit suffocating unless I kept the fan on, and the morning staff didn’t clean it after I asked them to.

The staff were really nice and helpful, which made a big difference. The location is excellent, close to the airport. It’s an average budget hotel with the basics and a comfortable room, though the room was a bit run down, cramped, and very small. There were cracks in the bathroom ceiling.

Staff spoke good English and were polite and helpful. The location is very convenient, right by the metro and close to the airport. I could walk there without getting a taxi, which is unusual in Mumbai. Udupi, Adar, and Balaji, which is open 24 hours, are just across the road. The room needs work. It’s old and poorly maintained, with cracks, peeling paint, dated furniture, and an old AC. Cleanliness was below average, and even a basic toothbrush cost extra. Convenient location, but the hotel really needs renovation.

The staff at reception and in the restaurant were friendly and efficient, which really lifted the stay. The hotel isn’t modern: it has an old building and furniture, and some rooms still have old-school window AC units. Still, everything worked and nothing felt broken or unusable. The bathrooms are small but properly cleaned. There are useful basics in the rooms, including a mini-fridge, safe, cupboards, sofa, and chairs. Breakfast is included. There isn’t a big spread, but everything served was tasty. A clean, functional place with excellent service, especially if convenience and hospitality matter more than fancy interiors.
