The front office team, especially Samiksha, Sushmita and Ankit, made me feel well looked after. For anyone staying around BKC for work, the location is especially convenient. My time at ibis Mumbai BKC was comfortable and easy, with a modern, welcoming feel, tidy rooms, and a well-kept property. Aman Kadu from the F&B team deserves a mention. He was professional, attentive, and genuinely courteous, making sure everything was handled and adding a personal touch to dining. Staff like him raise the standard of hospitality here. I’d recommend it for business trips or a short leisure stay.

Sushmita was especially thoughtful, polite, and attentive, and made sure things were taken care of during my visit. The rest of the staff were courteous and ready to help too. The property was comfortable and well maintained, and my stay felt pleasant, smooth, and relaxing. I’d definitely recommend the hotel.

I’ve been an Accor member for years and have stayed at some of the best hotels across several countries. It’s rare to meet someone as helpful and dedicated to customer service as Bei from the restaurant team. The two restaurant staff members were extremely helpful, and Bei in particular made our dining memorable. I had a great stay at ibis hotel BKC. Thank you.
