We stayed as a family for a long time and paid a significant amount, but the hotel didn't meet even basic expectations. Water was often unavailable, cleanliness and hygiene were poor, housekeeping was inconsistent, and the property's maintenance disappointed us. When we raised concerns, staff communicated poorly and acted arrogantly. They didn't resolve things promptly, and the lack of professionalism and customer care made the stay worse. We expected basic comfort, clean surroundings, and respectful service. Based on our experience, I wouldn't recommend it.

I'm from mauritius and this was my first visit to India. I love this hotel and had a great stay. The people were hospitable, the room was nice and clean, and the staff were helpful, polite, and good people. The managers were well mannered and behaved well. I love India soo much and hope to visit again.

The room was spotless, the AC worked great, and the staff were very helpful. I felt relaxed during my one-night stay and will come again.

There was no water all night, and mosquitoes filled the room, so I couldn't sleep. The room was in awful shape, with dirty bedsheets covered in visible hairs and a filthy, unhygienic bathroom bucket and other items. When I reported the problems, staff were rude and showed no interest in fixing anything. There was no professionalism, hygiene, or concern for guests. The stay caused a lot of discomfort and mental stress and completely ruined my time. I was even forcefully asked to remove the google review. One of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I strongly do NOT recommend staying here. Save your money and peace of mind.

The hotel is far from US counslate, noisy from traffic, and offers no peace. My room was extremely small, the service was terrible, and the staff were rude and disrespectful. They treated me with complete disregard, making the stay really uncomfortable. I suspect the positive reviews are fake and may have been posted by their own staff. A truly disappointing experience. Don't waste your money here.
