Fabexpress Bhau Residency

The food was tasty and healthy, and the staff and management were very friendly and cooperative. Managers were always willing to help us. I stayed for seven days and found the room neat and clean, with room service every day. The location is very nice, close to the international airport, and I could park my car there too. Thanks again to the Bhau Residency family. I'd like to return with my family.

We stayed with our family for almost two weeks and enjoyed the tasty food. The hotel has a family atmosphere, and the accommodations were generally neat and clean. Staff cleaned our room every day, and the manager and room boys were always ready to help. The cooperative staff are why my family would like to visit again, and why I'd suggest this hotel to other guests. The hotel has car parking, is 3 km from the international airport, and is a 5-minute walk from SAKINAKA metro station. Excellent service, and thank you for welcoming us with a smile. We'll come again.

The room itself was okay for what I paid, but it came without even a complimentary towel or soap, and there was no breakfast either. Worse, the front desk refused to give me a room, repeatedly saying there was no availability, despite my online booking and advance payment. I showed the booking, but got nowhere until I called fab hotels and they spoke to him. Arriving from far away expecting the room I'd booked, only to be turned away, was real harassment.

The cigarette smell never went away, and it made us feel sick to our stomachs. The AC wasn't working either, and we had to keep chasing the staff to get it fixed. The location wasn't great, and this was one of the most disgusting places I've stayed in Mumbai. I'd pay a little more to stay somewhere else. Never this place.
