The service made this stay feel special from the moment I arrived. Check-in was quick, and the staff were warm, attentive, and happy to help with anything, from local tips to the little things in the room. A1 hotel malad east was comfortable throughout: the room was spacious and spotless, the bed was lovely, and I liked the city view, quality toiletries, and complimentary minibar. The decor felt modern, too. I'd happily come back to A1 hotelfor another stay.

I wouldn't recommend this place for families or corporate stays. For an all-day booking costing around 2500/-, the manager kept bringing up new checkout rules. Guests who came to the room were also told they couldn't stay longer than an hour. It seemed like hourly customers were treated better because the hotel could resell a room four or five times in a day after each 3-4 hour booking. There are other hotels on the next road, so I'd stay somewhere else.

The price written on the board doesn't match what they charged. Call ahead and ask what it costs before you go.

Not suitable for families. The place wasn't clean, the amenities didn't work properly, and nobody responded.

Malad station is just 100 m away, which is the one real plus. The rooms were decent for cleanliness and generally good, but traffic noise kept me from sleeping during the day, and mosquitoes made it impossible to sleep all night. The TV had no network.
