I asked about checking in early, but still had to wait an hour or two because the rooms weren’t ready. The bathroom is very small, and the AC is fixed at 25 with no temperature adjustment. Staff were okay, but the complimentary breakfast wasn’t good.

The location is the one good thing: the hotel is right by Chakala Metro Station, on the main road, with a gurudwara opposite. Getting around is very easy from there. Some staff were also helpful and nice. But the room service was awful. I asked the manager to send housekeeping for old coffee cups that had been sitting in the room for who knows how long, with phlegm, actual PHLEGM, and cigarette butts inside. Nobody came, so I eventually had to pick them up and leave them outside my room myself. I’d keep my distance from this hotel. NOT AT ALL recommended.

The location is handy, about 15 minutes by taxi from either the international or domestic airport terminal, and a three-minute walk from the metro. Getting to tourist spots like the Gateway of India is a bit awkward, though, and the hotel feels somewhat expensive for the quality. It has a lounge bar that only hotel guests can use, hot water in the shower, air conditioning, and a lockable closet. Not bad.

After a tiring journey, my friend and I arrived at 2 AM, but the owner wouldn’t let us into the hotel. They shut the door in our faces, treated us terribly, and used abusive language. They said unmarried couples weren’t allowed, although that wasn’t stated in the booking policy or terms and conditions. They offered no alternative accommodation and refused a refund. The staff showed no politeness toward customers. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. A big no.
