Treebo Seven Olives

The AC didn’t work at all, so I couldn’t sleep and had a terrible night. The room was filthy and poorly maintained, full of mosquitoes, and the bathroom was unhygienic with insects in it. I was charged ₹1100 more than the online price, which is completely unacceptable. This stay was a waste of money. I asked for a bill and was told it would be sent to my phone, but it still hasn’t arrived. That makes me seriously question their honesty and credibility, and I strongly suspect fraudulent behavior. 😡😡😡😡

For a one-night stay I can overlook the area, but the rooms should have the essentials for this price. Seven Olives needs to provide a serviced AC, breakfast on time, a decent bed, rooms without mosquitoes, basic toiletries as promised during booking, and complimentary bottled water. It’s a budget hotel with little else to say for it. I’ve stayed at a few other budget hotels near Kurla, and they were better than this one.

The staff seemed careless, untrained and indifferent when guests had problems. Breakfast was stale, had few choices and was inedible. The rooms were filthy, badly kept and shockingly unhygienic, and I even saw rodents in the room. That’s unacceptable for a place calling itself a hotel. If cleanliness, decent food and basic hospitality matter to you, stay far away. It’s a disgrace to the hospitality industry.

The in-house cafe had good food, and the rooms were clean with good service. It’s a handy location if you’re coming from the airport or need to get to Mumbai’s central or western line. I’d definitely come back.
