My booking was spoiled, just as the name seems to have changed: this isn't Pacific by Glitz anymore. Don't book here.

The ceiling leaks, the room smells bad, and basic things like soap and towels weren't provided. The window curtains also don't fit properly.

The staff were really helpful, but the hotel wasn't worth what I paid. The room smelled, there was nowhere to put clothes neatly, and I had trouble with the locks. I'd never opt for the breakfast.

They charge more and provide zero service. Pathetic.

They don't show an email address or phone number. Is this a scam?
