The staff were very polite. When I was running late for an interview, they went out of their way to help me find an auto. I had a comfortable stay at hotel terminus square, and I felt it was safe for a woman travelling alone too. Thank you.
The washroom leaked from all sides, and there was no water in the hand basin, which was a real inconvenience. The room was full of mosquitoes, making the stay uncomfortable, and cleanliness and maintenance were poor overall. A very bad experience and not worth the money.
Breakfast and mineral water are available, and the place is good for solo travellers, friends, or families. The room was clean, the bathroom hygienic, and it was value for money.
There’s barely any room to move around, and the rooms aren’t maintained well. I often saw cockroaches, and the bedspread was torn. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
