I paid and booked this in advance, but the day before I was due to go there, they said the booking couldn't be done. Don't trust these people or book here. I've attached the booking confirmation and payment voucher.

I booked through Goibibo, but the hotel refused my stay, saying it wasn't associated with Fab Hotel even though it appeared on Goibibo. My booking was unfortunately non-refundable through Goibibo. This is the worst hotel I've ever seen. Don't consider staying here.

There were cockroaches everywhere, spiderwebs all over, and water leaking in the room. The rooms and washrooms were filthy, with no cleaning. They also charged us extra for no reason, and the hotel's website photos are very different from reality. This was the worst hotel service I've ever had. I'd suggest not visiting.

They’re asking Rs. 1700 for just 12 hours. Isn’t Rs. 1700 supposed to cover 24 hours?

I’d rather have a clear payment deadline: if I miss it, the property can cancel the booking. Instead, they kept chasing payment through emails, WhatsApp, regular messages, and calls. There should be a limit to that kind of repeated follow-up. I’m not okay with it.
