We agreed with the receptionist on a one-hour-late checkout, but afterward they charged us an extra 2,500 and claimed we had checked out late. The man also denied having agreed to it. Very bad billing, and the behavior was rude. I’ll never recommend this hotel.

The room was a little compact, but it worked well for two or three people, and the view from our standard room was breathtaking. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and everyone was warm and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it.

I booked a room a day ahead, but the hotel staff said at the last minute that none was available. Wouldn’t recommend it.

The first-floor restaurant is a joke. The menu makes simple food sound complicated, and the portions are heavily overpriced. The place is useful if you need to stay nearby during visarjan time, but rooms cost an exorbitant amount then. Otherwise, it’s not a great option.

The owner was courteous and helpful, and it’s a safe place to stay in a very Gujarati Jain locality. The local train station is a seven-minute walk away. I’d say it’s good value for money.
