At 11 p.m., people came in by opening the door and demanded payment without asking permission. I felt scared when they refused to leave and just stood there. Anything could happen with such an unprofessional approach, and people should avoid places that aren't managed properly. There's nobody around like you'd expect at a hotel, and everything is handled only by phone. Anyone could come in at night, and if, God forbid, a guest were murdered, nobody would know. I booked through booking.com and filed a complaint with them. I hope they do something about it. It's frightening to think booking.com may be listing unsafe properties without proper due diligence. I'd strongly recommend staying away unless you desperately need to save money.

The rooms are maintained well, but the bathrooms have mold and water seeps around the bath. The shower isn't good either. At first the place looks great, then you notice things falling apart in several spots. The location is pretty good, though the food is very spicy.

I spent around 4-5 months there and had a good experience overall. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the place is well located, close to Hiranandani Square and Powai Lake. I stayed on both the 21st and 6th floors. From an upper floor like the 21st, a room facing Powai Lake has an amazing view. The 6th floor doesn't really have a view, but everything else was good. Your stay depends a lot on the flat's caretaker. The one on the 21st floor was extremely rude and impolite, so after I complained, they moved us to the 6th floor, where the new caretaker was fine. Manager Mr. Shambhu is humble, polite, and decent. Whenever I had an issue or complaint, he dealt with it promptly. I'd recommend staying here.

I was accommodated here through Accenture Company and had a pleasant stay. My room on the 18th floor was clean and well maintained, with daily cleaning. Breakfast and wifi were included. A nice hotel overall.

If you're in Powai for a business trip to Hiranandani IT Park, this is a reasonable and really nice place to stay. They only accommodate corporate guests, which helps keep the place's sanctity intact.
