Royal Orbit by OYO Rooms

The breakfast was extremely disappointing, and hot water was hard to get. There were cockroaches in the room, while the pillows and sheets had a persistent sweat smell even after they were changed. The place stinks all the time. NEVER make the mistake of staying here.

They let me check in early, which is the only reason I'm giving this hotel 3 stars. Otherwise, it would've been 0. The set-top box never seemed to be recharged when guests checked in. They'd act like they were fixing it, then say it would work in 2-3 hours because they'd done the recharge. Oyo is giving customers a bad experience with its declining service. The Oyo listing also had no picture of the outside. The building looked to me like it used to be a warehouse, with a big rolling shutter out front. I forgot to take a photo, or I would've posted it.

My room had no fan, the bed was wet, and there was a lot of moisture. It smelled like urine. I asked them to change the room or at least replace the mattress and bedsheet, but they did nothing. After I complained to Oyo and got no help there either, they eventually gave me a pedestal fan after I kept pushing. The staff weren't pleasant, and the photos shown here are of a different property. Think twice before staying.

The room was okay for a one-night stay, but there was no hot water. I also had a problem with my Oyo booking and had to pay cash even though I'd paid through the Oyo app. Can't say who was to blame.
