The manager was the rudest person I've ever dealt with at a hotel, and breakfast took two hours to arrive. Food quality was only average, despite prices that were far too high for a place that isn't a five-star hotel. The tablecloths were worn out and looked like they hadn't been replaced. It was a terrible experience, and I honestly wonder how this hotel is still running.

After driving through Mumbai traffic, I arrived to find the manager rudely telling me that my MakeMyTrip booking had been cancelled, without giving a reason. I felt as if my wife and I had been kicked out. It was the most disgusting experience, and I'd be happy if a lawyer could help me sue them.

The location worked perfectly for my visit. The staff were very cordial and polite, and they went out of their way to try to get me what I needed.

The cleaning staff were courteous, and they did accommodate my request for an extra bed, though it was placed on the floor. Housekeeping also removed the roaches from the room when I asked. That's what earns the five stars in my rating. The reception response brings my score down to two, and I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it. For what you pay, the place isn't worth it. Even at ₹6,000 a night, Wi-Fi costs an extra ₹200 per night. The rooms are very small, so check the photos and dimensions carefully. A family of four won't fit comfortably. With the extra bed in place, there was no walking space. It seems more suited to families without kids or to bachelors. The reception wasn't pleasant. The receptionist was a bit rude and didn't want to consider accommodation requests. We needed identification for our one-year-old, and luckily I had the passport, or things could have got rough. Check-in took a long time, and I wasn't comfortable with how much detailed information they asked for a one-night stay. I was with my tired family, otherwise I would never have checked in. Payment was required upfront, before check-in.
