The rooms are bad, and paying to stay in Juhu makes no sense to me. I paid 5.8k per night and was surprised to find my perfumes stolen. When I reported it, the manager just told me that his bogs don’t rob.

The service was timely and well managed, which kept everything smooth and comfortable. I had a wonderful stay, and the breakfast was amazing, with lots of variety and fresh taste. Highly recommended for good hospitality.

The beach is literally a two-minute walk away, and the location is very nice. I had to switch rooms because my first one was unavailable. The delux room was dirty, with stains on the wall and a slightly stained mattress, which they changed after we asked. The second room, a family room, was smaller than the first but cleaner and better arranged. The bathrooms were spotless even though the rooms felt a bit dirty. All in all, it wasn’t worth what we paid.

We couldn’t get any sleep, and it affected the whole stay. Noise from downstairs went on late into the night, and the hotel didn’t take effective action even after we tried several times, by phone and in person at reception, to get it sorted. It was deeply disappointing.

The ocean view room gave me exactly the view I booked for, and the location is ideal. The room was clean, the staff were great, and all the amenities were there. A good option if you're looking for budget accommodation, especially for vegetarians.
