We had to hire and pay cleaners from outside just to get the toilets cleaned and make the place liveable for 4-5 days. When we arrived on 24 Nov, the whole property was a mess and extremely dirty, with garbage, cigarette stubs, and ash everywhere. The rooms smelled so strongly of cigarettes that breathing there was unbearable. Mosquitoes were everywhere, largely because the place was poorly kept. The caretaker and his assistant were extremely rude, unprofessional, and lazy. The owner was greedy, unhelpful, and extremely rude. She was interested when we were negotiating at first, then seemed least bothered about solving the problems during our stay. We’d recently booked Imperial Puneet Bungalows from 24 Nov 2023 until 28 Nov 2023 for ourselves and relatives visiting from outside Mumbai for a wedding. At first we had three rooms for one night, then the whole property until 28 Nov. Definitely not suitable for families or decent working professionals.

I had a booking but was left waiting for four hours without a room, and then your staff asked for an unreasonably high rate. Does this hotel really treat guests like that? I don’t think anyone should come here. This is my honest feedback, and your hotel owes me more than an apology. Please reply, I’m honestly waiting to see what you say.

The staff member made me write a review right there, so my Oyo review is biased. The room was decent and the toilet was clean, but the staff member didn’t meet the sophistication standards I expect from Oyo.

The location is fairly accessible, and if you’re taking the GRE, the exam center is about 200 m from the room. But service was poor, it’s hard to find once you reach the area, and the bed and other things weren’t as clean as you’d expect. I can’t say it’s worth what they charge.

We were allowed to use the tables and chairs on the bungalow premises for studying, and the reception was generous. The place is close to Prometric Centre, though it was hard to locate. You have to go through the entrance of maa nursing home*. We booked two rooms for four people at ₹5901, and one room with two double beds was more than enough for us. The other room, which had three beds, went unused. We’d checked in early at 8am for an extra ₹500 for a room, and were surprised by how huge the rooms were. The rooms were spacious and clean. Since we had an exam, we stayed chilled. Should we get our money back for that unused room?
