Hotel Accord Mumbai

I've stayed here three times now. It's good value for money, with small but cozy, clean rooms and cheerful, friendly staff who are helpful. The new Aqua line of Mumbai Metro is a 10 min walk away, giving good North-South connectivity and taking you all the way to Cuffe Parade. It's reasonably close to BKC too.

The staff were courteous, interactive, humble, and generous with their service. We especially liked the in-room breakfast, which made the place feel more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel. We had hot water around the clock, even at the bathroom basin, which can be an issue in budget Indian hotels. The hotel is definitely old, with narrow halls and bathrooms, but its vintage charm comes through in the cleanliness and convenience. The care and cleanliness here were better than at many modern hotels we've stayed in, and we felt comfortable right away. Though it sits among the busy streets around Santa Cruz Rail station, it's within walking distance and was still pretty quiet, tucked behind another hotel and a restaurant. We could hear birds chirping in the morning. We stayed two nights for an event in Jio Convention center. It was close enough by Auto and felt much safer than most hotels we looked at in the Bandra Kurla area or near Bandra Terminus. If you need to stay in the Bandra Kurla area, we'd highly recommend it. It's by no means fancy.

My first time in mumbai was totally worth it. The property is very good and well managed, and the staff's behavior and service are top class.

The rooms are okay, and it works fine for a one-night stay. The main advantage is how close it is to the airport. Otherwise, it’s just an average hotel.
