Abza Dormitory

There was a bad smell throughout the dorm, and the mattresses were so uncomfortable they affected my sleep for the whole stay. When I raised these problems, management didn't provide a satisfactory solution. I wouldn't recommend the place given the poor sleeping conditions and unpleasant atmosphere.

I called and booked all 12 beds for our family, but random people were added to the room, which made the women with us very uncomfortable. The bathroom started leaking in the middle of the night, there were no curtains for privacy, and the bathroom and washroom were terrible. I thought we'd leave the dorm early at 6 am, but nobody was there to open the door. This was one of the worst stays of my life. I won't forget how they failed to keep their promise. Don't visit this dorm.

The staff were friendly and very nice, and they can communicate in basic English. But the bathroom was dirty and hygiene overall was poor. They need to improve a lot to make the place cleaner and more comfortable for travelers.

There are bedbugs all over the bed, and the cabin smells very bad. Think about how you could sleep in those conditions. You don't just pay money, you donate blood every night. This is my genuine recent feedback for anyone new.
