Hotel Ozone Inn

Getting around was easy thanks to the excellent metro connection, and shops, restaurants, and other essentials were nearby. The staff were polite, professional, and ready to help. Receptionist Sushma Johnson Madam deserves a special mention for her kindness and support. She was courteous and extremely helpful, and her warm hospitality made the experience better. Our stay at Hotel Ozone Inn was comfortable and pleasant. The rooms stayed clean, neat, and well maintained. Everything was well managed, and we had a smooth, satisfying stay. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place in a good location.

Miss Sushma greeted us warmly and gave us a really good room. The staff were friendly, and check-in and checkout were both quick. The room was smaller than I’m used to in other cities, but still cozy and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. It had a smart TV, so we could use YouTube and our favorite OTT services. I missed having a kettle for tea or coffee, though. The restaurant serves those drinks and more, and we ordered a good breakfast from there to the room. Ozone Inn is in Colaba, close to the Gateway of India and other sights. A new metro line is within walking distance, which makes getting farther around Mumbai convenient too. I’d recommend the hotel.

Ozone Hotel in Colaba gave my friends and me a comfortable base for five nights, close to the Gateway of India, local markets, cafes, and shops. We could easily explore the area, and the staff helped with local dining suggestions and transportation. Their attention to detail and care for guests stood out. We booked five rooms, all spacious, clean, and elegantly furnished, with comfortable beds. Some had lovely views. The hotel’s design mixes modern amenities with a cozy feel, and we liked gathering in the lounge each evening to share stories after our outings. From the warm welcome to the service throughout, it was a great stay. I’d love to return with friends and make more memories here. Highly recommended for a stay in Colaba.

The location was handy for Marine Drive, Colaba market, and the Gateway of India. Our executive room had two single beds, so check whether the room type you choose has the setup you need. Deluxe rooms have double beds. There’s no dedicated parking in the hotel, but they provide space by the roadside nearby. I had a great stay here with my family. The staff were kind and courteous, and our room was really clean. There were good food choices, with meals available by room service. The breakfast buffet had a good spread and was set up in a dedicated area, included if you choose a package with breakfast.
